This policy explains what personal information CafeSquad AI collects, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account and business details you provide: name, email, phone, restaurant details, and onboarding answers.
- Audit requests: the restaurant and contact details you submit, plus the public website information we analyze.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and invoice details, not your full card number.
- Guest contacts you upload for email marketing, which we process only on your instructions.
- Usage and analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Services, generate your audit and reports, process payments, send service emails, and — if you opted in — send occasional marketing tips.
AI processing
Restaurant information you provide is processed by our AI automation partner, IIIINT, solely to generate drafts and recommendations for your account. Each restaurant’s data is kept separate.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run CafeSquad AI (such as hosting, payments, email delivery and AI processing), under contracts that protect it. We don’t sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by role.
Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your information, withdraw marketing consent, or change your cookie choice at any time. Email hello@cafesquad.com.
